Participants news29 september 2006 VAN DEN ENDE AND DEITMERS INVESTS IN FRUITLOUNGE MEDIA ![]() ![]() Van den Ende and Deitmers Crossmedia Fund, the venture capital fund of Joop van den Ende and Hubert Deitmers, has acquired a 30% interest in ‘Fruitlounge Media’. The company develops interactive television formats. Van den Ende and Deitmers’ investment in Fruitlounge Media will enable the company to accelerate the roll out of its international growth strategy. Fruitlounge Media was created out of the recent merger between The Fruitlounge and Marketgraph, two companies with backgrounds in the development of interactive television formats, broadcast design and Erro Verschoor, Chief Executive Officer of Fruitlounge Media: ‘We have an extraordinarily professional and experienced team, who has been able to leverage its creativity and innovative strength into the development and exploitation of interactive television formats. In addition to strengthening the financial position of the company, Van den Ende and Deitmers will actively support Fruitlounge Media in the realization of its growth objectives.
